Parents accuse Takshashila school management of harassment

Ujjain: The management of Takshashila Junior College is reportedly pressuring the students’ parents to collect the fees. The school management threatens them the transfer certificate (TC) of their wards will not be issued fees are not paid. Parents run from pillar to post for more than three months to get their wards’ TC.

Class XII students who have passed out from school must be admitted for further education. For that, they need TC but the direction does not issue any. More than a dozen parents are suffering from the categorical attitude of the school management and they expressed their anguish in front of the media on Tuesday.

The parents told the media that we had all paid the fees set by the school management for the previous session. In June, when these people went to get their children’s TC, the school management refused to take the request.

According to parents Raja Thakur, Asha Shrivastava, Khojema Kaiyawala, Pradeep Sharma, Yogendra Tomar and Ritesh Sugandhi, the school management is asking Rs 9,000 for the last session and Rs 15,000 for three months of this session for the issuance of TC . Management advises that until fees are filed, no child TCs will be issued. The parents have asked the management several times but they are not ready to respond to their requests. A complaint against the school management was also filed on June 11 with the collector’s office, the district education officer and the Nanakheda police station, but the administration also took no action. action against the school so far.
