Maple Bear Global Schools Partners with Kinderpedia to Deliver Innovative School Management

Maple Bear Global Schools, Canada’s largest global network of bilingual education franchises, has partnered with Kinderpedia, the comprehensive school communication and management software and application.

The partnership will provide Maple Bear kindergartens and schools around the world with a single operating system to integrate all of their operational, financial and educational activities and needs. Kinderpedia integrates bespoke features for planning and tracking school operations, managing classes, tracking progress, communicating with parents, and automating tuition billing.

Using Kinderpedia will provide the Maple Bear network in 32 countries around the world with an integrated digital framework, which includes user management, communication, classroom management, financial and operational functionality. The application has already been used for more than two years by two dynamic and innovative Maple Bear communities – Maple Bear CEE and Maple Bear UAE. The global deployment of the solution is expected to take place over the next 18 months. New Maple Bear schools will open with Kinderpedia, and existing schools are encouraged to move to the platform based on an implementation schedule, with assisted onboarding, user migration, personalized training, and access to a diverse range of tutorials and user guides.
